Arc Chess was a preview running on a test network. The site and its server are no longer running, and no real money was ever at stake here.

The escrow contract is unaffected. It has no owner, no administrator and no fee, so it never depended on this server and keeps working without it — anyone with a game in it could still settle directly on chain. Nothing is held, and nothing is stranded.
